BECOMING A GUARDIAN
What to Expect from Us
We provide a stipend for each of your appointments, even if the wards are in the same residence.
Our guardians are not “guardians of the estate.” You get to focus on the well-being of the person; leave asset issues to us.
We will match you with a person you are comfortable with. You will always meet a prospective ward prior to any guardianship appointment.
We pay all the fees associated with obtaining guardianship.
Ready to apply? We complete the paperwork. We even file the paperwork for you.
Our guardianship hearings are almost always held in a magistrate’s office. No courtroom.
Concerned you’ll be at the application hearing by yourself? Not a chance! We will be with you every step of the way
