BECOMING A GUARDIAN

What to Expect from Us

  • We provide a stipend for each of your appointments, even if the wards are in the same residence.
  • Our guardians are not “guardians of the estate.” You get to focus on the well-being of the person; leave asset issues to us.
  • We will match you with a person you are comfortable with. You will always meet a prospective ward prior to any guardianship appointment.
  • We pay all the fees associated with obtaining guardianship.
  • Ready to apply? We complete the paperwork. We even file the paperwork for you.
  • Our guardianship hearings are almost always held in a magistrate’s office. No courtroom.
  • Concerned you’ll be at the application hearing by yourself? Not a chance! We will be with you every step of the way
