ABOUT US

Guardian Connection was founded for the purpose of providing unique solutions to guardianship challenges facing the elderly and their caregivers.

Along with a burgeoning aging population is a rapidly growing demographic of individuals dealing with the debilitating effects of mental decline, dementia, and illness.  Family members will often obtain legal guardianship of their loved ones so that they have the ability to provide them with necessary care.

Individuals without such willing relatives, however, are dependent on strangers to identify and resolve their guardianship needs.  Alone in facilities, they await the appointment of a guardian with the authority to make decisions on their behalf.

Continuity of services is essential to the health and long-term prospects of the elderly and disabled.  Without a guardian in place, the ability of care providers to offer such continuity is significantly hampered. Previously reliant on an overburdened public system or expensive law firms, care providers and families now turn to Guardian Connection for assistance.
